1. Delivery Process

All voice-over services are **delivered digitally**. Once payment is confirmed, we follow these steps:

• Order Confirmation: Clients receive an email with submission guidelines.
• Script Review: We analyze the script and confirm requirements.
• Voice Recording: The script is recorded in a professional studio.
• Editing & Quality Enhancement: Noise reduction, volume balancing, and mastering are applied.
• Final Delivery: The completed voice-over is sent via email in the requested format (MP3, WAV, etc.).

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Short Voice-Overs (up to 500 words): 2-3 business days.
• Standard Voice-Overs (500-1000 words): 3-5 business days.
• Long-Form Voice-Overs (1000+ words): 5-7 business days.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Submit a clear and final script before recording.
• Specify tone, pacing, and pronunciation preferences.
