1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The final voice-over does not meet the agreed specifications.
- The service was not delivered within the specified timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed and delivered voice-over files.
- Customer dissatisfaction due to preference after delivery.
- Incorrect script submissions by the client.
3. Revision Policy
- One minor revision is allowed per order (small pronunciation or pacing changes).
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
