1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The final voice-over does not meet the agreed specifications.
  • The service was not delivered within the specified timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed and delivered voice-over files.
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to preference after delivery.
  • Incorrect script submissions by the client.

3. Revision Policy

  • One minor revision is allowed per order (small pronunciation or pacing changes).
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
